Our prime range of lamb is available year-round via a supply chain that is fully assured and inspected from farm to kitchen.

This enables us to provide not only a story of unique provenance, but also ensure our ability to supply local produce.

The British lambs we use are reared at selected farms in the North of England, many of which are located in National Parks, where they graze on natural pastures, guaranteeing a sweet flavour, delicate texture, tenderness and succulence.
