Our British Rose and Dutch veal are bred and produced with a commitment to the highest possible standards of animal welfare.

British Veal is sensitively and carefully reared for up to nine months on straw bedding, in loose housing, and typically fed on a mixture of fibre-based and milk feeds. 

 

This regime ensures the meat is naturally low in saturated fat, maintains good levels Omega 3 but is delicate in flavour, succulent and tender.
