Our Farm
We recognise that our customers are looking for something special to put on their menus. Ticking all the boxes of provenance, quality and sustainability; the Underwoods Group farm achieves exactly that.
Set in the most beautiful of surroundings in the Peak District National Park, Ladywash Farm provides the perfect natural setting for its own flock of Mule sheep and lambs; all naturally fed on the lush pastures that surround the farm. This not only provides an excellent story for customer menus but also gives our business a first-hand appreciation of the real meaning of farm to plate.
As an upland farm, Ladywash will be expecting this year’s lambs to be born in mid April; we would hope these will be fat and ready for the table later on in the autumn, just in time for seasonal menus.
Ladywash Farm also benefits from being fully Red Tractor Farm Assured.
