Award Winning Sausages

Northern Catering is pleased to announce that 3 sausages from the recently launched Butcher's Prime range has won awards in the Foodservice Pork Sausage of the Year Competition this month!
The Prime Pork Sausage was awarded Gold; whilst both Pork & Leek and Pork & Apple were awarded Silver awards and are awaiting for confirmation on the Farmhouse Pork Sausage which has been selected as a finalist in the Speciality Pork Sausage section.
